About reservations for the Okinawa Urgent Care Service

If you feel unwell, please contact us at Our Reservation Desk at +81-70-9126-3158. We will provide care with Okinawa Urgent Care Service if it is required.

Our project is underlined with the purpose of unloading the burdens of emergency rooms at local medical facilities. We provide care during night time and weekends just as emergency rooms do, and some conditions can be handled by us. Please consider utilizing our service before visiting emergency rooms to protect limited local medical resources so that high acuity patients at emergency rooms will be able to receive immediate and appropriate medical care.

We will give you instructions over the phone on what to do while you wait for our arrival.

Please wear masks, wait at your room and avoid public areas to avoid transmission of infectious diseases if you have symptoms of coughing and sneezing.

If you are experiencing severe symptoms (such as unconsciousness, shortness of breath, massive bleeding), please dial 119 to call an ambulance.

How to use
① Call the dedicated Reservation Desk at +81-70-9126-3158
Please tell us about your symptoms and physical condition. We will check whether the Okinawa Urgent Care Service can handle it.
② Check the available reservation times and, with your consent, make a reservation.
Once your reservation is confirmed, please wait at your hotel or designated location.
③ After the arrival of the Okinawa Urgent Care Service, we will begin online consultations together with the nurses.
If necessary, you can get a prescription for medication on the spot, under the supervision of a doctor.
④ After your consultation, You can pay by credit card in your car.
You can check the details of your treatment on the spot.
⑤ If you need medication, it will be delivered from the pharmacy within two hours.

Online visit to Medication delivery 650$ at daytime hours, 950$ at nighttime hours (US dollars)

Calculated at 150 yen to the dollar.

■Important Notes

If, upon arrival, we are unable to contact you by phone or at your room and need to wait more than 15 minutes due to such circumstances: +$80 (per 15 minutes).

If the prescription is issued after midnight, even if the consultation started before midnight, an additional pharmacy late-night fee of +$200 will be charged.

If it is necessary to confirm the prescription details with your primary doctor or assistance company: +$150.

If medication delivery is delayed at the patient’s request: +$80 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay.
