①Please call our health consultation desk at +81-70-9126-3158 and tell us your symptoms or troubles you are experiencing
② Depending on your symptoms, we will make a reservation under your consent. All you need to do after that is wait at your hotel.
③ Once we arrives, the nurse will assist your online medical visit. We will be able to prescribe you medications under the doctor's instructions.
④ If medications are prescribed, we will aim to deliver them to your accommodation from the pharmacy within 2 hours (Sometime no medicine prescribed and referral letter only)
This service is provided under a project that seeks sustainable medical care in Okinawa, “Project Committee of Constructing Community Renovation Model of Health, Medicine and Welfare in Okinawa to realize Society 5.0 for Okinawa.” Over 30 corporations and local medical facilities are in partnership for this project.

Our project is underlined with the purpose of unloading the burdens of emergency rooms at local medical facilities. We provide care during night time and weekends just as emergency rooms do, and some conditions can be handled by us. Please consider utilizing our service before visiting emergency rooms to protect limited local medical resources so that high acuity patients at emergency rooms will be able to receive immediate and appropriate medical care.

Project Overview
What is the Okinawa Urgent Care Service?
A multipurpose car that assists health guidance,
medical examinations, medication teaching and local activities. Our car loaded with medical equipment will head to your hotel with one of our nurses responding
to your request. With the assistance of our nurse,
we provide online telemedical care from a doctor.
Vital checks and procedures can also be performed
by the nurse under the doctor's direction.
